Organisational performance is about alignment, or put another way, about tuning.  Is your organisation running efficiently and smoothly?  Is everyone pulling in the same direction?  

To assess whether your organisation is running at its greatest performance you need to consider the factors that influence its performance.  These factors are:

  • Strategic objectives
  • Organisational structure
  • Business performance measures
  • Allocation of resources and processes
  • Values, culture, and guiding principles
  • Reward structures
